Before you ask

Questions we are asked every week

01How do I get a price for a trip?

Send the destination, your dates, how many are travelling and the standard of hotel you want — through the form on this site, on WhatsApp or by phone. Every trip is quoted for your dates and your group, so nothing on this site carries a printed price. You get the itinerary and the figure together.

02What can you book for me?

Domestic and international flights, train tickets, bus tickets, hotel rooms, complete holiday packages, visas and certificate attestation. One desk handles all of it, so you are not handed between agents for each part of the trip.

03Do you help with visas?

Yes — visa service is one of the things we do. Tell us your passport and the country you are going to and we come back with which visa you need, what the embassy asks for, the appointment and the form, and we file it.

04What is certificate attestation?

Attestation is the authentication of a document — a degree certificate, a birth certificate, a marriage certificate — so that it is accepted abroad, for a job, a university or a visa file. Bring us the document and tell us the country it is for and we tell you what it needs.

05Do you run group tours?

Group tours are most of what we do — families and friends travelling together, and departures that single travellers join. Tell us how many are coming and we build the trip around the group, including the vehicle and the rooms.

06Can you plan a trip that is not on this site?

Yes. The itineraries here are the trips we run most often. A custom trip starts with your dates, the places you want and what you would like to spend, and the plan is written from there.

07When can I call?

The office is open from 9:30 am to 6 pm, every day. WhatsApp messages are read outside those hours as well and answered on the next working morning.

08Where can I read your reviews?

On our Google profile, which carries 272 reviews and a 4.8 rating. The five printed on this site are quoted word for word, and the profile link is in the footer.
