The policy

Privacy policy

Last updated 29 September 2026

This policy covers this website and the enquiry form on it. It is deliberately short, because the site does very little: there is no shop, no login and no advertising on it.

What the enquiry form collects

The enquiry form asks for your name, your phone number, your travel dates, how many are travelling and what you would like to plan. What you type stays in your own browser until you send it: the form opens WhatsApp — or your own mail app — with the message filled in, and you press send. Nothing is stored on this website, which has no database behind it.

What we use it for

What you send is used to plan and quote your trip, to book the flights, rooms and other services you ask us to book, and to answer your questions about a trip.

Who else sees it

This website shares nothing — it cannot, because it keeps nothing. When you use a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp (Meta) carries the message under its own terms; when you use an email link, your mail provider does. For a booking, the details an airline, hotel, embassy or visa authority needs are passed to that provider, and no more than that.

Maps, video and other people’s services

Embedded maps, video and any third-party player are someone else’s service and set their own cookies when they load. Links to Google, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube are ordinary links; nothing is sent to them from this site.

Your choices

There is nothing on this site to correct or delete, because nothing you type is kept here. If you have sent us a message and would like it removed from our records, message the office and it is deleted.
